There are NO upfront costs and NO monthly or yearly usage requirements. USDatalink believes it should be an employer
resource that is always available to customers when needed but not a burden when it is not.
There are a wide variety of employment screening scenarios and all customers have their own preferences, but generally candidates can
be thoroughly screened for $39-$59 per candidate.

Are there any additional hidden costs such as state or county fees? |

The price we quote is what you pay. USDatalink doesn't pass on court or courier fees. All fees are included in the price. No surprises.

How are the requests submitted and results retrieved? |
Ultimately, what works best for the customer works best for us. USDatalink has developed an excellent web based ordering, monitoring,
and report retrieving system (see DEMO HERE), but also works with customers by fax
and even overnight delivery when those solutions serve the customers' needs best.

If I need a custom process, are there additional costs to set it up? |

No. In fact, USDatalink has developed and maintained custom solutions and custom web development for many of its customers free of charge.

What can I realistically expect for turnaround time? |

As a basic rule of thumb, reports that are obtained through electronic means are processed and returned within 2 - 4 hours.
Reports that require onsite research can be expected in 1 - 2 business days.

If a question or concern arises, what do I do? |
|
USDatalink provides toll free access to its customer service and technical support representatives. We currently staff several
experienced representatives in each area so that customers can get questions answered without delay when they call and there are
real people to talk to. Each of these departments also respond to email inquiries promptly.
