Complete all required pages and sign where indicated. This document tells USDatalink who you are and what your purposes for using our service are. Remember, because of the sensitivity of the information obtainable through USDatalink, only other business entities may use these services.

If a question or concern arises, what do I do?

USDatalink provides toll free access to its customer service and technical support representatives. We currently staff several experienced representatives in each area so that customers can get questions answered without delay when they call and there are real people to talk to. Each of these departments also respond to email inquiries promptly.

What can I realistically expect for turnaround time?

As a basic rule of thumb, reports that are obtained through electronic means are processed and returned within 2 - 4 hours. Reports that require onsite research can be expected in 1 - 2 business days.

Are there any additional hidden costs such as state or county fees?

The price we quote is what you pay. USDatalink doesn't pass on court or courier fees. All fees are included in the price. No surprises.

How are the requests submitted and reports retrieved?

Ultimately, what works best for the customer works best for us. USDatalink has developed an excellent web based ordering, monitoring, and report retrieving system (see DEMO HERE), but also works with customers by fax and even overnight delivery when those solutions serve the customers' needs best.

What makes you different than other screening providers?

Two important things:

(1) USDatalink always provides information from the SOURCE for that information. While other companies compile data and provide it as complete, USDatalink searches the repositories that ARE complete. It is just as negligent to check a database that you know has holes as it is to not check at all.

(2) USDatalink will do everything it can to conform to your EXACT needs. Whether it is developing a product that fits the positions you are hiring for or a report flow that's unique to your structure, we become your in-house employment screening department.

If I need a custom process, are there additional costs to set it up?

No. In fact, USDatalink has developed and maintained custom solutions and custom web development for many of its customers free of charge.

Every company has a unique and optimum way of moving reports and making hiring decisions within its organization. We realize that conforming to what works best for our customers expedites the hiring process, makes decision maker's jobs easier, and creates enduring relationship through customer satisfaction.

What are the costs involved with using your company for employment screening?

First of all, there are NO upfront costs and NO monthly or yearly usage requirements. USDatalink believes it should be an employer resource that is always available to customers when needed but not a burden when it is not.

There are a wide variety of employment screening scenarios and all customers have their own preferences, but generally candidates can be thoroughly screened for $39-$59 per candidate.
