


Phase
1 - Discovery
During this phase, requirements are defined using a top-down approach. USDatalink
starts by educating itself on the clients' current policies and procedures
concerning employment screening. Once we have a firm understanding of what
is happening, we bring in our expertise and work closely with the client stakeholders
to meet or develop these policies and define the procedures.
Phase 2 - Specification
Once an employment screening policy and procedure is defined, USDatalink works
closely with its client to develop how it will best be implemented. It is
in this stage we will create a set of reports that adheres to the clients
policies, define the process flow of information, determine key hiring decision
makers, and analyze budget and costs. This is the key phase to making the
employment screening function understood and trouble free and the blueprint
used for the Development Phase.
Phase
3 - Development
Using the knowledge gained during the first two phases, USDatalink develops
all the materials required including forms, releases, and custom web applications
needed to best implement the agreed upon solution.
Phase
4 - Training, Implementation, Review
USDatalink will train users and reviewers on the processes involved in its
custom solution. We will also assist with company-wide implementation of the
custom employment screening solution along the timelines required by its client.
USDatalink will monitor processes to make sure the clients locations are adhering
to company policies and monitor local laws and practices for changes that
may affect a specific office or location.
