Federal Records Search # 112 CR/CV/BK
 Overview:
Federal Records are accessed by the Federal District which is determined by the input address given. Users may also dictate a particular District to search or additional districts to search. The United States is divided into 93 Federal Judicial Districts. Depending on population and other factors a state may have one to as many as four separate districts. USDatalink will automatically check the district of address given unless a specific district is named. A Federal Records search returns all criminal (112CR) or civil (112CV) records pertaining to the subject in that district. Note: Federal bankruptcy (112BK) records ARE NOT included in this search. Federal bankruptcy records may be requested as a separate search by noting this in the Additional Information field on your request form.

Note: - This search automatically goes back the past five years. Records that go back further than five years may be archived at one of the twelve Federal Records Centers located in the U.S.

USDatalink can also pull records from the F.R.C.s at an additional charge. Contact your customer service representative.
